Quick help
- The game does not start: close and reopen the app, then check your network connection.
- An ad reward was not applied: keep the app open until the ad closes and the game returns. If it still fails, send us the approximate time it happened.
- Leaderboard trouble: only 10×10 Hard mode victories against the computer qualify for the global ranking.
- Sound or music: use the music and speaker buttons at the top of the game.
Data deletion
Email support@forges.work with the subject “Sugar Cross Data Deletion” and include the nickname used, approximate score, and submission date. See our Privacy Policy for details.
