Sugar Cross(슈가 크로스, 이하 "본 게임")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 최소한의 정보만을 다룹니다. 본 게임은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 요구하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
아래 정보는 이용자의 브라우저/기기 저장소(localStorage)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
브라우저 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시 위 정보는 모두 사라집니다.
본 게임은 서비스 개선을 위해 익명화된 사용 통계를 수집합니다. 웹에서는 Google Analytics를, 모바일 앱에서는 Cloudflare 기반 자체 집계를 사용합니다. 방문·플레이 횟수, 선택한 보드 크기와 게임 모드, 게임 완료 결과, 무르기·리롤 사용, 광고 형식의 로드·노출·보상 결과가 포함됩니다. 모바일 집계에는 계정, 이메일, 닉네임, 광고 ID, 영구 기기 ID를 저장하지 않으며 앱을 다시 열 때 바뀌는 임시 세션 ID만 사용합니다.
본 게임은 제3자 광고 네트워크(모바일 앱: Google AdMob, 웹: 게임 포털의 광고 SDK)를 통해 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이들 광고 제공자는 광고 게재를 위해 기기 식별자 등 일부 정보를 자체 정책에 따라 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 각 제공자의 정책을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
이용자가 직접 닉네임을 입력하고 점수 등록을 선택한 경우에 한해, 해당 닉네임과 점수 정보가 랭킹 서버(Cloudflare)로 전송·저장되어 다른 이용자에게 순위로 표시됩니다. 닉네임은 자유롭게 정하는 별칭이므로 실명·연락처 등 개인정보를 닉네임에 사용하지 마세요. 점수를 등록하지 않으면 닉네임과 점수는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 위 2항의 익명 이용 통계는 점수 등록 여부와 관계없이 전송될 수 있습니다.
본 게임은 전 연령이 즐길 수 있으며, 아동을 포함한 어떤 이용자로부터도 이름·이메일 등 개인 식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 닉네임에 개인정보를 입력하지 않도록 보호자의 지도를 권장합니다.
기기에 저장된 정보는 브라우저 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다. 글로벌 랭킹 기록을 삭제하려면 support@forges.work로 제목을 “Sugar Cross Data Deletion”으로 하여 사용한 닉네임과 대략적인 점수·등록 시점을 보내 주세요. 확인 가능한 해당 랭킹의 닉네임, 점수, 보드 기록 및 기기 식별 토큰은 요청 확인 후 30일 이내 삭제하며, 별도의 법정 보관 의무가 없는 한 사본을 보관하지 않습니다. Google AdMob·Analytics가 처리하는 데이터는 Google의 개인정보 설정과 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.
본 방침은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Sugar Cross ("the Game") respects your privacy and handles only the minimum information necessary. The Game has no sign-up or login, and does not request or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number.
The following is stored solely in your browser/device storage (localStorage) and is never sent anywhere:
Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app erases all of the above.
To improve the Game, we collect anonymized usage statistics. The web version uses Google Analytics, while the mobile app uses our Cloudflare-based collection service. Events include visits and plays, selected board size and game mode, completed-game results, undo and reroll usage, and ad load, display, and reward outcomes. Mobile analytics stores no account, email, nickname, advertising ID, or permanent device ID. It uses a temporary session ID that changes whenever the app is reopened.
The Game may display ads through third-party ad networks (Google AdMob on mobile; the ad SDK of the hosting game portal on the web). These providers may collect and use certain information such as device identifiers to serve ads, under their own policies. Please refer to each provider's policy for details.
Only if you type in a nickname and choose to submit your score, that nickname and score are sent to and stored on our ranking server (Cloudflare) and shown to other players as a ranking. A nickname is a freely chosen alias — do not use your real name, contact details, or other personal information as your nickname. If you do not submit a score, no nickname or score is sent to the leaderboard server. Anonymous usage statistics described in Section 2 may still be transmitted independently of score submission.
The Game is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal identifiers such as name or email from any user, including children. We recommend parental guidance so that children do not enter personal information as a nickname.
You can remove device-stored information at any time by clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app. To delete a global leaderboard record, email support@forges.work with the subject “Sugar Cross Data Deletion” and include the nickname used, approximate score, and submission date. After we verify the matching record, its nickname, score, board record, and device identifier token will be deleted within 30 days. We keep no copy unless retention is legally required. Data handled by Google AdMob and Analytics is managed through Google's privacy controls and policies.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. Any update will be posted on this page along with its effective date.
